1cupcauliflower floretsfresh
1cupsliced mushrooms
1cupSwiss cheeseshredded
1cupheavy cream
½cupchicken broth
1teaspoongarlic powder
1teaspoononion powder
½teaspoonsalt
¼teaspoonblack pepper
2tablespoonsolive oilfor sautéing
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken pieces and season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Sauté until the chicken is no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
In a mixing bowl, combine the heavy cream and chicken broth. Whisk until well blended.
In the prepared baking dish, layer the sautéed chicken, broccoli, cauliflower, and mushrooms evenly.
