  • 2 pounds Russet potatoes
  • 1 pound Ground beef
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese melty
  • ½ cup Diced onion
  • ½ cup Sliced pickles
  • ¼ cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Preheat your oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Wash and cut up the potatoes into fries. Toss them with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  • Spread the fries on a baking sheet. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until golden and crispy.
  • While the fries are baking, season the ground beef with salt and pepper. Cook it till browned using a skillet over medium heat.
  • Mix mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard in a bowl to make the burger sauce.
  • Once fries are out of the oven, pile on cooked beef, cheddar, onions, and pickles over the top.
  • Pop the loaded fries back in the oven for 5 minutes to melt the cheese.
  • Drizzle the burger sauce over before serving.

Notes

Serve immediately to maintain the crispy texture of the fries.
