Preheat your oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
Wash and cut up the potatoes into fries. Toss them with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Spread the fries on a baking sheet. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until golden and crispy.
While the fries are baking, season the ground beef with salt and pepper. Cook it till browned using a skillet over medium heat.
Mix mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard in a bowl to make the burger sauce.
Once fries are out of the oven, pile on cooked beef, cheddar, onions, and pickles over the top.
Pop the loaded fries back in the oven for 5 minutes to melt the cheese.
Drizzle the burger sauce over before serving.
Notes
Serve immediately to maintain the crispy texture of the fries.
