Instructions
Place eggs in the pressure cooker pot and cover them with water.
Seal lid and set to high pressure for 5 minutes, then do a quick release.
Transfer eggs to an ice bath to chill them quickly.
Peel eggs, slice in half, and remove yolks to a mixing bowl.
Mix yolks with mayo, jalapenos, vinegar, mustard, and paprika; season with steak seasoning.
Spoon or pipe filling into egg whites, top with bacon, jalapeno slices, paprika, and chives.
Notes
Serve immediately or chill for several hours before serving. For best texture do not use a microwave to warm up.
