Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the fettuccine pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, cook the bacon slices over medium heat until crispy. Remove the bacon from the skillet and place on paper towels to drain the excess fat. Once cooled, crumble the bacon into small pieces.
In the same skillet, drain excess bacon grease if necessary, leaving about 1 tablespoon. Add the ground beef and cook over medium-high heat until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Use a wooden spoon to break up the meat. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Reduce the heat to medium and add the heavy cream and beef broth to the skillet with the ground beef. Stir to combine and bring to a simmer. Gradually add the shredded cheddar cheese and Parmesan cheese, whisking until melted and smooth.
Add the cooked fettuccine pasta to the skillet and toss to coat the pasta evenly with the sauce. If the sauce is too thick, add a splash more of beef broth.
Spoon the Loaded Bacon Cheeseburger Alfredo Pasta into bowls and top with crumbled bacon and chopped green onions for garnish.
