Instructions
Toss chicken chunks in a bowl. Add gochugaru, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and honey. Mix well to coat.
Heat grapeseed oil in pressure cooker on sauté. Brown the marinated chicken.
Set sealing ring. Pressure cook on high for 10 minutes.
Quick release the pressure. Simmer until sauce thickens, stirring occasionally.
Sprinkle sesame seeds and scallions before serving.
