  • 1 pound Chicken breasts or thighs skinless and boneless, cut into big chunks
  • 2 tablespoons Gochugaru Korean red chili flakes
  • 1 tablespoon Grapeseed oil or any neutral oil
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce for salty depth
  • 1 tablespoon Rice vinegar for tang
  • 2 tablespoons Honey for sweetness
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds for crunch
  • 2 stalks Scallions chopped

  • Toss chicken chunks in a bowl. Add gochugaru, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and honey. Mix well to coat.
  • Heat grapeseed oil in pressure cooker on sauté. Brown the marinated chicken.
  • Set sealing ring. Pressure cook on high for 10 minutes.
  • Quick release the pressure. Simmer until sauce thickens, stirring occasionally.
  • Sprinkle sesame seeds and scallions before serving.

Notes

Serve with steamed rice for a complete meal.
