Shape the mixture into meatballs, about 1.5 inches in diameter. Place them on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring they are spaced evenly apart.
Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until they are browned and cooked through.
While the meatballs are baking, melt the butter in a skillet over low heat. Once melted, add any remaining minced garlic and simmer for about 2 minutes until fragrant.
Remove the meatballs from the oven and transfer them to the skillet with the garlic butter. Toss gently to coat the meatballs in the sauce.
Serve hot, garnished with chopped fresh parsley.
