Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups shredded cooked chicken About 2-3 chicken breasts.
  • 1 cup sugar-free BBQ sauce Ensure it is truly sugar-free.
  • 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cream cheese Softened.
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 green onions chopped For garnish.

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, sugar-free BBQ sauce, cream cheese, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly incorporated.
  • Spread the chicken mixture evenly into a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the top of the chicken mixture.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Once baked, remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
  • Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

Ensure the BBQ sauce you choose is truly sugar-free to keep the dish low-carb.
You can use rotisserie chicken for convenience, just make sure it’s shredded and cooled before adding it to the mixture.
This casserole can be prepared ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days before baking.
Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
