  • 4 cups chicken broth use good quality for best flavor
  • 20 potstickers store-bought frozen preferred
  • 2 to 3 cups fresh spinach leaves
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • ¼ cup feta cheese optional topping

Notes

Frozen spinach can be used in place of fresh—add earlier so it cooks through. Use roasted leftovers for faster prep.
