Instructions
Instructions
Get your pasta ready by cooking it according to package directions until al dente. Then drain and rinse under cold water so it stops cooking and stays just right.
Grab a large bowl and toss in your cooked pasta along with mini mozzarella balls, cucumber pieces, tomatoes, roasted red peppers, pepperoncini, red onion, salami, and Parmesan cheese.
Pour your Olive Garden dressing over the mix and gently toss everything to combine all those flavors nice and evenly.
Stir in your freshly chopped basil and toss again so that herby goodness gets spread all over.
Pop the salad in the fridge and let it chill out for at least 30 minutes before serving. This step is really important because it lets all those flavors mingle and get richer.
Notes
Serve with extra dressing if desired. Can be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
