Mix up your dry ingredients in a large bowl – flour, sugar, yeast, salt, and Italian seasoning.
Pour in warm water and olive oil, then stir until a sticky dough forms. Knead in mozzarella and Parmesan cheese evenly.
Turn dough onto a floured surface and knead for 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for about 1 hour until doubled.
Punch down dough, shape into a loaf, and place on a greased baking sheet. Cover and let rise for another 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Bake for about 30 minutes or until golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped.
Let it cool before slicing or serving to avoid gummy texture.
Notes
Wrap leftovers in plastic wrap or freeze slices for long-term storage. Let bread cool fully before slicing for best texture.
