Instructions
Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add minced garlic and chopped onion. Stir until onions are translucent.
Add mushrooms and cook until softened, about 4-5 minutes.
Add cherry tomatoes and cook for 2 minutes.
Pour in white wine and let simmer until reduced by half.
Add red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper. Stir well.
Mix in the cooked spaghetti.
Remove from heat, toss in chopped basil and grated Parmesan cheese.
Serve immediately while warm and melty.
Notes
Can skip the white wine and replace with broth. Adjust red pepper flakes for desired heat.
