Instructions
In a large bowl, mix ground chicken, onion, cilantro, ginger garlic paste, and all the spices until evenly combined.
Divide mixture into small patties about ¼ inch thick and slightly larger than your tortillas.
Heat a skillet over medium-high, lightly spray with oil, place a patty in and press a tortilla on top to smash it down.
Cook 3–4 minutes until chicken is golden brown and cooked through.
Flip so tortilla is down, cook another 1–2 minutes until crispy and lightly browned.
Repeat for all patties and tortillas. Serve hot topped with cucumber, tomato, pickled onions, raita, and chutney.
Notes
Top the tacos with anything you’d like – guacamole, red onions, even carrots. Use store-bought raita or chutney to save time.
