  • ½ cup mayo vegan or regular, whatever you prefer
  • 1–2 tablespoons gochujang sauce good-quality
  • 1 clove garlic grated fresh for punch
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce salty, umami vibe
  • 1 teaspoon rice vinegar adds zing
  • pinch salt and pepper to taste
  • splash water optional, to thin for drizzling
  • to taste honey or sweetener if you like it slightly sweet

  • Mix your mayo, gochujang, garlic, soy sauce, and rice vinegar in a medium bowl until smooth and combined.
  • Pour mixture into a pressure cooker or saucepan and heat to medium. Wait for steam to begin building.
  • Stir frequently and let simmer for 5–7 minutes until desired consistency is reached.
  • Quick release or slow release steam depending on texture. Cool and adjust seasoning with salt, pepper, or water for consistency.
  • Serve warm as a dip, spread, or drizzle on chicken, wraps, or veggies.

Notes

Refrigerate leftovers for up to a week. Freeze in portions for easy access later.
