Season both sides of the pork chops with garlic powder.
In a bowl, whisk together onion soup mix, chicken broth, cream of chicken soup, and pork gravy mix.
Place pork chops in the crock pot and pour the gravy mixture over them.
Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or on high for 3 to 4 hours.
30 minutes before serving, mix cornstarch and cold water to form a slurry.
Pour the slurry into the crock pot and stir to combine.
Cover and cook on high for another 30 minutes until gravy thickens.
Notes
Serve hot with mashed potatoes, rice, or egg noodles. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 4 days or freeze for later use.
