Sprinkle kosher salt and black pepper all over the chicken tenders.
Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large skillet and cook chicken 3 to 4 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
Lower heat to medium and add the remaining 1 tablespoon olive oil to the skillet.
Add minced garlic and stir constantly about 30 seconds until fragrant.
Pour in apple cider vinegar, hot honey, and Worcestershire sauce. Simmer 3 to 5 minutes until slightly thickened.
Return chicken to the skillet and toss in the sauce.
Let cook an additional 2 to 3 minutes until fully heated through and flavors combine.
Top with green onions and serve warm.
Notes
Try seasoning the chicken ahead of time for deeper flavor or make the sauce in advance to save time. Serve leftovers on salad or as sandwich filling!
