Season your chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
Dredge the breasts in flour, shaking off the excess.
Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat and add minced garlic, cooking until fragrant.
Stir in soy sauce, honey, apple cider vinegar, and sriracha sauce until well mixed.
Add the chicken breasts to the skillet, searing each side for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
Move the chicken and sauce to a baking dish and bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 20-25 minutes.
Let rest 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
Use low-sodium soy sauce and be careful not to overcook to avoid drying out the chicken.
