  • 0.25 cup flour for dredging
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
  • 0.5 teaspoon sriracha sauce

  • Season your chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
  • Dredge the breasts in flour, shaking off the excess.
  • Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat and add minced garlic, cooking until fragrant.
  • Stir in soy sauce, honey, apple cider vinegar, and sriracha sauce until well mixed.
  • Add the chicken breasts to the skillet, searing each side for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
  • Move the chicken and sauce to a baking dish and bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 20-25 minutes.
  • Let rest 5 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

Use low-sodium soy sauce and be careful not to overcook to avoid drying out the chicken.
