Heat your skillet on medium and melt the butter until it bubbles softly.
Add thawed corn and stir so butter coats every kernel. Cook for about 5 minutes.
Reduce heat to low, stir in honey and softened cream cheese. Add sea salt and pepper.
Continue cooking for another 2 to 3 minutes gently stirring until smooth and creamy.
Turn off the heat and let the corn settle before serving.
