  • Heat your skillet on medium and melt the butter until it bubbles softly.
  • Add thawed corn and stir so butter coats every kernel. Cook for about 5 minutes.
  • Reduce heat to low, stir in honey and softened cream cheese. Add sea salt and pepper.
  • Continue cooking for another 2 to 3 minutes gently stirring until smooth and creamy.
  • Turn off the heat and let the corn settle before serving.
