  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil or canola or vegetable oil work too
  • cup Honey the star sweetener
  • 100 g Unsalted butter for richness
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced, fresh taste matters
  • 2 tablespoons Light soy sauce adding that savory depth

  • While chicken is cooking, melt butter in a saucepan. Add minced garlic and cook for about a minute.
  • Stir in honey and soy sauce into the butter. Simmer for two minutes to meld flavors.
  • Pour the saucy mixture over your cooked chicken, ensuring each piece is covered.
