Instructions
Place the eggs in your pressure cooker pot and cover them with water.
Bring the cooker to pressure and set a timer for 5 minutes. Let it naturally release.
Transfer eggs to an ice bath for 5 minutes. Peel and slice in half lengthwise.
Mash yolks with mayo, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco, half the feta, salt, and pepper.
Stir in minced red onion and grilled corn. Fill egg whites with the mixture.
Sprinkle with chili powder, remaining feta, and chopped cilantro. Serve.
Notes
For parties, store eggs and filling separately and assemble before serving.
