  • 12 Eggs fresh
  • ¼ cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Mustard prepared
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce
  • dash Tabasco adjust to taste
  • ½ cup Feta Cheese divided
  • to taste Salt and Pepper
  • ¼ cup Red Onion minced
  • ½ cup Grilled Corn about 1 ear
  • Chili Powder for garnish
  • 2 tablespoons Cilantro chopped

  • Place the eggs in your pressure cooker pot and cover them with water.
  • Bring the cooker to pressure and set a timer for 5 minutes. Let it naturally release.
  • Transfer eggs to an ice bath for 5 minutes. Peel and slice in half lengthwise.
  • Mash yolks with mayo, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco, half the feta, salt, and pepper.
  • Stir in minced red onion and grilled corn. Fill egg whites with the mixture.
  • Sprinkle with chili powder, remaining feta, and chopped cilantro. Serve.

Notes

For parties, store eggs and filling separately and assemble before serving.
