Brown your ground beef or sausage-beef mix in the pressure cooker on medium heat. Stir it up and season with salt and pepper until meat is fully cooked and browned.
Add chopped onion into the pot and cook until softened, about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Stir in tomato sauce and paste, Italian seasoning, parsley, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, and Worcestershire. Mix well.
Pour in water and stir. Seal the pressure cooker lid ensuring the float valve is set.
Set to high pressure and cook for 15 minutes after pressure builds. Quick release when complete. Simmer uncovered if sauce is too thin. Adjust seasoning to taste.
