Main ingredients

  • 1 tube refrigerated pizza crust

  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves optional
  • spaghetti sauce for dipping

Instructions

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Even though we use the pressure cooker, the oven finish helps crisp the breadsticks up right.
  • Unroll the pizza crust onto a baking sheet lined with parchment. You gotta keep it from sticking and get a nice shape.
  • Brush the melted butter evenly all over the crust. The butter’s where the garlic’s gonna stick and gives flavor depth.
  • Spread the crushed garlic over the buttery crust. You can smell that garlic starting to sing, right?
  • Sprinkle the mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses evenly on top so every bite gets that cheesy stretch.
  • Sprinkle oregano if you’re feeling fancy and want extra herbal punch.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes till the crust is golden brown and cheeses bubbly. This oven step finishes the crust’s outer crispiness that the pressure cooker won’t do alone.
  • Slice into breadsticks and serve warm with spaghetti sauce for dunking. You’re gonna love that tender pull and cheesy drip.

Notes

Try using other kinds of cheese like Colby Jack, Pepper Jack or Provolone for extra flavor. Don't forget to spray your parchment paper with cooking spray to keep your dough from sticking. Store covered in the fridge for up to five days, or freeze for up to 2 months.
