Add the broccoli florets to the skillet. Stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes, or until the broccoli is vibrant green and tender-crisp.
In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and beef broth until smooth. Pour this sauce over the beef and broccoli.
Stir to combine, and let the sauce simmer for 2-3 minutes until it thickens slightly.
Drizzle with sesame oil and season with salt and pepper to taste. Remove from heat.
Serve the stir-fry over cooked rice or noodles.
