  • 5 small/medium potatoes washed and cut into wedges
  • Olive oil for tossing potatoes
  • 1 lb chicken breasts cut into cubes
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon Minced garlic
  • ½ cup Buffalo Wild Wings Honey BBQ sauce
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 Green onions chopped

  • Preheat your griddle to medium-high heat.
  • Wash your potatoes then slice into wedges. Toss them with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  • Cook the potato wedges on the griddle for 15 to 20 minutes, flipping occasionally until golden and crispy.
  • Mix chicken cubes with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and minced garlic.
  • Add seasoned chicken to the griddle. Cook for 10 to 12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Pour Honey BBQ sauce over the chicken. Stir and cook for another 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top. Cover to melt the cheese for 1 minute.
  • Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

Serve immediately while hot, and enjoy the crispy potatoes with the sticky, flavorful BBQ chicken.
