Preheat oven to 400°F.
Mix turkey, onion, garlic, oregano, spinach, salt, and pepper in a bowl until combined.
Form into small meatballs and place on parchment-lined baking sheet.
Heat oil in skillet; brown meatballs on all sides, about 5–7 minutes.
Transfer browned meatballs to oven and bake 10–15 minutes till cooked through.
Mix yogurt, cucumber, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper for tzatziki and chill.
Serve meatballs warm in pita with tzatziki and toppings of choice.
