Instructions
Instructions
Start by whipping the heavy cream in a mixing bowl until you see soft peaks forming. This part’s key so don’t overdo it or you’ll get butter, darn it.
In a separate bowl, beat your softened cream cheese till it’s super smooth. No lumps, you want that silky texture.
Pour in the powdered sugar, green crème de menthe, green crème de cacao, and vanilla extract. Mix it all real good until you get a nice green mixture.
Gently fold your whipped cream into that cream cheese mix. It’s gotta be smooth, like a cloud, so don’t rush or smash it down.
Carefully fold in the mini marshmallows so they keep their shape but still get a little flavor.
Pour this dreamy green filling into your chocolate pie crust. Spread it out evenly with a spatula so every bite’s perfect.
Pop the pie in your fridge and let it chill for at least 2 hours. This is where all the flavors get to know each other.
Right before serving, sprinkle the chocolate shavings all over. They add a little texture and look real fancy without the fuss.
Notes
Serve cold. Keep leftovers refrigerated to maintain freshness.
