Instructions
Instructions
Season your two strip steaks with Garlic Butter Seasoning. Rub it in well so every bite is packed with flavor.
Heat avocado oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the steaks for about 3 to 4 minutes per side. Remove and let rest.
In the same skillet, sauté the sliced onions for 2 to 3 minutes until softened and sweet.
Add zucchini slices and cook for 4 to 5 minutes until tender but with slight bite. Stir in grape tomatoes and blister for 3 to 4 minutes.
Boil the cheese tortellini in salted water according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Slice the rested steaks and add back to the skillet with veggies.
Add the cooked tortellini and Parmesan Garlic sauce into the skillet. Stir everything together.
Warm through for 2 to 3 minutes, mixing well so sauce coats evenly.
Top with shredded Parmesan cheese and serve immediately.
Notes
To save time, prep your ingredients in advance and cook the tortellini while searing steaks. Store leftovers for up to 4 days in the fridge.
