Set your pressure cooker with about a cup of water or broth inside.
Toss broccoli florets with olive oil, minced garlic, kosher salt, and freshly ground pepper in a bowl.
Line your baking sheet with non-stick spray or a little extra olive oil.
Lock the lid on pressure cooker, seal the valve, and set to cook on high pressure for 0 minutes. Quickly release pressure.
Transfer broccoli onto baking sheet and roast at 425°F for 20-25 minutes. Sprinkle with fresh parmesan and lemon juice.
Notes
Serve immediately, sprinkled with Parmesan and lemon juice. Optionally garnish with fresh parsley or basil.
