  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • ½ teaspoon salt or to taste
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper or to taste
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese freshly grated

  • Cook gnocchi according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • Melt butter over medium heat in a skillet or the same pressure cooker pot.
  • Add red pepper flakes and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Add cooked gnocchi to skillet and cook on high for about 5 minutes, tossing to crisp all sides.
  • Add minced garlic and stir for another 30 seconds.
  • Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and toss well to coat gnocchi thoroughly.

Notes

Garnish with fresh herbs like parsley for brightness. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat with a splash of water or butter to revive texture.
