  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 3 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley chopped, optional

  • Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken pieces and cook for 5-6 minutes, turning, until golden brown.
  • Reduce heat to medium. Add butter and minced garlic. Stir and cook for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
  • Transfer chicken and sauce to pressure cooker. Add splash of broth or water.
  • Seal lid, set to high pressure, and cook 6-8 minutes.
  • Let pressure release naturally. Serve hot and garnish with parsley.

Notes

Make sure to allow natural release of pressure for best results. Avoid overcrowding the skillet for even browning. Optional: Serve with mashed potatoes or steamed vegetables for a full meal.
