  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon dried thyme
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon dried rosemary
  • ½ teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • ½ cup reduced sodium chicken broth
  • 5 cloves garlic minced

  • First, heat your skillet over medium heat so it1s ready when you toss in that chicken.
  • Next, add the chicken breasts all diced up and sprinkle some salt and pepper. Let them brown nicely for about 5 to 7 minutes. You1re lookin for that golden crust.
  • Then, stir in your minced garlic. It just takes a minute for that smell to really hit and make you excited.
  • Now toss in your cauliflower and zucchini. Cook those veggies till they soften, 0bout 4 to 5 minutes will do it.
  • Pour in the chicken broth and let everything mingle by stirring gently. The broth depth getting absorbed is gonna keep it juicy.
  • Finally, seal your pressure cooker and cook according to the slow release method. When it1s done, you1ll wanna serve it warm, maybe with some fresh herbs on top.
