Instructions
Instructions
Preheat a skillet over medium heat. This step’s important even if you use a pressure cooker insert for the browning.
Butter one side of each slice of garlic bread. This gives that golden crust y’all crave.
Place two slices of garlic bread butter side down in the skillet. Be gentle so the bread doesn’t break.
Layer two slices of cheddar cheese on top of the garlic bread in the skillet.
Put the remaining slices of garlic bread on top, butter side up.
Cook till the bottom gets golden brown, about 4-5 minutes.
Carefully flip and cook the other side until golden brown and the cheese melts, another 4-5 minutes.
Notes
Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce. Can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
