  • Preheat your oven to 375 degrees. Spread melted butter on one side of each tortilla for a golden toast.
  • Layer tortillas with thinly sliced roast beef, provolone or Swiss cheese, caramelized onions, jalapeño slices, and shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Roll ‘em up tight, place each roll seam side down on your baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes until golden crispy.
