Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). This lets you get that golden bun top real nice and toasty.
Mix the softened butter with garlic powder, parsley, and salt in a small bowl. It’s gonna spread on the buns like a dream.
Spread the butter mixture onto the tops of the slider buns. Don’t be shy here; those flavors gotta soak in.
Layer the bottom half of the buns with roast beef, then the provolone slices, and a handful of crispy fried onions. Sprinkle with Au jus seasoning for that broth depth.
Put the top halves of the buns back on and place the sliders in the oven. Bake for 15-20 minutes until cheese melts and tops are golden.
While the sliders bake, you can work on the sticky honey garlic chicken in your pressure cooker. Add honey, garlic, soy sauce, and chicken pieces to the cooker, seal it, and cook under pressure for about 10 minutes. Use a quick release when done so the chicken stays tender and juicy.
Notes
Serve warm with Au jus on the side for dipping. Best enjoyed fresh out of the oven!
