Forgotten Chicken Pressure Cooker Recipe
Forgotten Chicken is a family favorite dinner recipe that's easy to make. A combination of rice, cream of mushroom and chicken soup, with chicken breasts on top. Sprinkle the dish with Onion Soup Mix, cover and bake!

boneless, skinless chicken breasts
these cook up tender if you don’t overdo it.

Minute Rice
brown rice works best but white’s fine too.

can
cream of chicken soup
adds creaminess and body.

can
cream of mushroom soup
deep earthy flavor.

water
just use one of the empty soup cans to measure it out.

tablespoon
butter
for that melty, rich finish on top.

Lipton Onion Soup mix
it brings savory depth and some zest.
Instructions
Cooking Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
Grease a baking dish and place the chicken breasts at the bottom, keeping them spread out.
Mix the cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, and water until blended. Pour over the chicken.
Sprinkle Lipton Onion Soup mix evenly over the top.
Dot butter over the sauce. Cover with foil.
Bake covered for 30 minutes.
Add Minute Rice on top, stir gently, cover again.
Bake for another 15 minutes.
Check that rice is tender and chicken is cooked through.

Serve and enjoy! Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container.
