In a bowl, combine tuna, mayonnaise, soy sauce, sesame oil, and green onions.
Mix thoroughly until well combined.
Wet your hands with water to prevent sticking and scoop about 2 tablespoons of rice into your hand.
Make an indentation in the center and add a spoonful of the tuna filling.
Mold the rice around the filling to form a ball. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
Garnish with nori strips and sesame seeds. Serve immediately or chill before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, try adding a touch of wasabi or sriracha to the tuna mix. Use plastic wrap to help shape the rice balls more easily.
