Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, toss in your sirloin strips seasoned with steak seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned, about 5 to 7 minutes.
Add the sliced green peppers, mushrooms, onions, and garlic right into the skillet. Sauté until veggies get soft, around 5 minutes.
Stir in the cream cheese and Worcestershire sauce until creamy and smooth.
Whisk eggs in a bowl and pour over the meat-veg mixture. Stir gently to combine.
Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish, transfer the skillet mixture, and spread it out nicely.
Top with slices of provolone cheese and sprinkle Parmesan all over. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until eggs are set and cheese is bubbly.

Serve warm and top with additional cheese if desired.
