- 8 oz smoked sausage, sliced
- 2 cups bell peppers, chopped any color
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup snap peas
- 3 tablespoon honey
- 3 tablespoon soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated optional

- cooked rice or quinoa for serving (optional)
In a small bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and grated ginger (if using). Set aside.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
Add the sliced sausage to the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes until browned.
Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook until they turn pink, about 2-3 minutes.
Add the chopped bell peppers, broccoli florets, and snap peas to the skillet. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the veggies are tender but still crisp.
Pour the honey garlic sauce over the shrimp, sausage, and veggies. Stir well to coat everything evenly.
Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Remove from heat.
Serve over cooked rice or quinoa if desired.
Feel free to substitute any vegetables according to your preference or what you have on hand.
For extra spice, add a pinch of red pepper flakes or a splash of hot sauce to the honey garlic sauce.
This dish can easily be doubled for larger gatherings.
