Cook the pasta real tender al dente as package says; drain it and set aside so it don’t get soggy.
In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat gently so it don't burn.
Add your minced garlic next and sauté for about a minute until you can smell it real good.
Sprinkle the flour over that garlic butter mix, whisk it for a minute to get a good roux going.
Slowly pour in chicken broth and milk, whisking continuously while it thickens slowly.
Add salt, pepper, and dried parsley for flavor layers, then stir in parmesan cheese until all melted and creamy.
Toss cooked pasta in skillet, coat evenly with sauce, and serve it hot with extra parsley if you want.
