Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, egg, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Form the meat mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet.
Drizzle the meatballs with olive oil and bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until they are browned and cooked through.
While the meatballs are baking, bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the linguine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, over medium heat, add a splash of olive oil. Sauté the minced garlic for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Pour in the heavy cream, then add the Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Stir constantly until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
Add the cooked linguine to the skillet and toss to coat the pasta evenly with the creamy sauce.
Once the meatballs are done, gently add them to the skillet with the pasta and toss to combine.
Serve the garlic butter meatballs over the creamy Parmesan linguine, garnished with chopped parsley.
