Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Unroll the pizza crust on a floured surface and cut into 4 rectangles.
Spread 1.5 tablespoon of pasta sauce on one half of each rectangle, avoiding the edges.
Top each with mozzarella cheese, 3 pepperoni slices, and oregano if desired.
Fold the dough over and press edges firmly with a fork to seal.
Place pockets on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown. Let cool slightly before serving.
