Ingredients

Main ingredients

  • 1 chicken breast cut into bite-size cubes
  • 3 garlic cloves finely minced
  • Salt to taste
  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons Greek yogurt
  • 1 garlic clove finely minced (for the sauce)
  • ½ teaspoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 large flour tortillas
  • 1 teaspoon butter (for toasting wraps)
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley
  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons freshly shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons freshly shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped green onions

Instructions

Instructions

  • Heat up your skillet over medium heat and toss in the olive oil and butter. Wait for it to get hot and kinda sizzle.
  • Add your chicken cubes and cook them until they're browned on the outside and cooked through, about 8 to 10 minutes. You want them juicy, not dry.
  • Stir in the minced garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 1 or 2 minutes until you can smell that garlicky goodness filling your kitchen.
  • While the chicken cooks, mix mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, the extra minced garlic, and lemon juice in a bowl. That’s your creamy garlic sauce that’s gonna make the wraps pop.
  • Spread this sauce evenly over each flour tortilla, then lay the warm, garlicky chicken right on top. Sprinkle on the chopped parsley, green onions, and the melty mozzarella and cheddar cheeses.
  • Roll up the wraps tightly, then lightly butter a pan and toast them for a minute or two to get that golden color and a little crisp on the outside. Cut in half and serve while warm.

Notes

Serve the wraps warm for the best flavor experience.
