  • 1 can Grands Biscuits cut into quarters (8 count)
  • 8 ounces pork breakfast sausage cooked and drained
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 8 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk or heavy cream for creamy touch
  • 4 ounces diced green chilies adds a little zing
  • 2 tablespoons diced pimentos optional but tasty
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder

  • Grease the bottom of the pressure cooker with butter or spray.
  • Layer the biscuit quarters evenly on the bottom of the pot.
  • Sprinkle cooked sausage over the biscuits and add green chilies and pimentos.
  • In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Pour over the biscuit layer.
  • Top with mozzarella and cheddar cheese evenly.
  • Seal the cooker lid and set to pressure cook on high for 10 minutes.
  • Do a slow release of pressure and let it settle.
  • Let it cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Feel free to customize by adding different vegetables or switching the protein. Assemble the night before for easy morning cooking.
