Instructions
Place the corned beef brisket into the pressure cooker.
Pour in beef broth over the brisket, adding mustard seeds, peppercorns, and minced garlic.
Seal the lid with the sealing ring in place. Set the cooker for about 8 hours and 15 minutes on low pressure.
After cooking, slow release pressure carefully to avoid steam burns.
Add carrots, potatoes, and cabbage wedges, and stir them into the broth.
Seal again and cook for 45 minutes. Slow release and serve.

Optional: add salt to taste.
