Instructions
For the slow cooker, layer bacon, sausages, onions, leek, garlic, and potatoes in the pot. Season with salt, pepper, bay leaf, parsley, and thyme.
Add enough water or chicken stock to cover. Mix gently.
Cover and set the cooker on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
For Instant Pot, use the sauté function and brown the bacon and sausages.
Add onions, leek, garlic, and potatoes. Season and add water or stock.
Seal the lid, set manual high pressure for 30 minutes. Allow natural release.
Notes
Store leftovers in airtight containers for up to 3 months. Reheat with a splash of stock.
