Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 6 Boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • cup Honey
  • ½ cup Low sodium ketchup
  • ½ cup Low sodium soy sauce
  • ½ teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley for garnish
  • ½ tablespoon Toasted sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

Instructions

  • Place all 6 chicken thighs right in the bottom of your slow cooker. You wanna make sure they're spread out so they cook evenly.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together your garlic, honey, ketchup, soy sauce, and dried oregano real good until it’s smooth and kinda shiny.
  • Pour that sauce right over the chicken thighs. Don’t be shy, get every bit covered. The broth depth should just barely cover the chicken pieces.
  • Put on the lid, seal it up right, and cook for 5 hours on low or 3 hours on high.
  • When it’s done, let the pressure naturally release for at least 10 minutes before opening the lid.
  • Remove the chicken and either serve whole or shred with forks. Spoon sauce over and top with parsley and sesame seeds.

Notes

Garnish with lemon or red pepper flakes for a zippy twist. Serve with rice or steamed veggies for a delicious meal.
