Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 lbs salmon fillet Cut into bite-sized pieces.
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic Minced.
  • 1 teaspoon ginger Grated.
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons green onions Chopped, for garnish.

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, black pepper, and salt. Mix well to create the marinade.
  • Add the bite-sized salmon pieces to the marinade, making sure to coat them evenly. Let them marinate for about 5 minutes.
  • Heat the olive oil in a small saucepan over medium heat. Once hot, add the marinated salmon pieces, reserving the leftover marinade. Sear the salmon for 2-3 minutes on each side until crispy.
  • Transfer the seared salmon to the prepared baking sheet and drizzle the reserved marinade over the top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and the edges are crispy.
  • Remove from the oven and let rest for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
  • For added crunch, you can toss the salmon bites in panko breadcrumbs before searing.
  • Serve these salmon bites with steamed rice or vegetables for a complete meal.
