Preheat oven to 400°F. Grease or line a baking sheet.
Mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan, and seasonings in a shallow bowl.
Dip chicken in beaten egg, drip off excess, then press into breadcrumb mixture to coat.
Lay coated chicken on baking sheet with space between.
Spray or brush tops with cooking spray for golden finish.
Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden and internal temp hits 165°F.
Rest chicken 5 minutes before serving to retain juices.
Notes
Serve fresh or refrigerate leftovers for up to 3 days. Reheat using oven or toaster oven for best crispness. Can be frozen for up to 1 month.
