Preheat your oven to 400°F. You want that oven hot enough to crisp up the wings real good.
In a big bowl, toss your chicken wings first with the baking powder and melted butter. Coat 'em well.
Add paprika, pepper, garlic powder, coarse salt, onion powder, cayenne, oregano, and thyme. Mix everything until the wings look evenly covered. Don't be shy on the toss, you want that flavor over every inch.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper so cleanup's easy and so they don't stick.
Spread the wings out in a single layer on the sheet. Get 'em in the oven for 30 to 35 minutes. Flip halfway through so each side gets that golden crust.
Once time's up, pull 'em out and let 'em rest a couple of minutes. Serve 'em right away.

Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing, or enjoy as is for a pure Cajun experience.
