- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pound Italian sausage Casings removed.
- 3 cloves garlic Minced.
- 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes Chopped.
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 4 cups fresh spinach
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- to taste none salt
- to taste none pepper
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
