Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear rump steaks seasoned with salt and pepper for 3-4 minutes on each side.
Remove steaks and let rest. In the same skillet, add butter, garlic, and rosemary, sauté until fragrant.
Boil pasta in a separate pot until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Add drained pasta to skillet with butter sauce. Toss until coated.
Thinly slice the rested steaks and add to pasta. Stir gently.
Add chicken stock, cream, and Parmesan to the skillet. Mix and let warm, allowing sauce to thicken.
Top with fresh parsley before serving.
